On May 12th, the “Expandable Edible Food Technology” project jointly developed by Meikeduo Group and Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology passed the technical appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Bureau of Tangshan City. The core contents of “Expandable Food Technology Development of Edible Mushrooms” include edible hot air, microwave combined drying technology, microwave expansion technology of edible mushroom chips, and development of edible mushroom deep processing products, such as: edible fungi chips, composite flavor chips, edible fungi instant frozen Products and so on. Its innovations: First, it is the first to study key technologies such as hot air of edible mushrooms and microwave drying together; second is to realize the microwave expansion process of edible mushroom chips to reduce oil content and improve health care; thirdly, it is the first time to study special food formulas such as edible mushroom chips. Technology fills the gap in the field at home and abroad. The successful development of this technology has opened up a new path for the Group's product research and development and will become a new growth point for the company's development.
